November 6, 8am - 4pm



Give thanks by giving back this weekend as Litehouse Foods hosts a food drive this Saturday and Sunday, from 8am to 4pm both days. Litehouse's friendly employee owners will be in front of Super 1 Foods at 624 Larch Street to collect food for the Bonner County Community Food Bank. CULINARY STONE'S ANNIVERSARY PARTY & HOLIDAY KICK-OFF

November 6, 4 - 7pm


This Saturday, Coeur d’Alene’s Culinary Store turns 8! They’ll celebrate their anniversary and the arrival of the holiday season with discounts, sips and bites! Guests can enjoy a 10 percent discount on all purchases to stock up on some holiday gifts for all their favorite food-loving friends. Complimentary gift wrapping will be included! The Culinary Stone’s talented chefs will be there to present their work and in-house sommelier Trevor will present his hand-selected wine samples. 25th Annual Blues Cats for Kids Fundraiser

November 6, 4 - 11pm


This Saturday evening marks the 25th anniversary of the Inland Empire Blues’ fundraiser event in support of local at-risk youth. In partnership with the Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel, the Blues Cat for Kids Fundraiser is hoping to make their 25th event the biggest and best yet!


Located at the Coeur d’Alene Casino, the fundraiser will benefit local organizations including the Second Harvest Food Bank, Vanessa Began Crisis Nursery, Women and Children’s Free Restaurant, and the Crosswalk of Spokane. The auction will kick off at 5:30pm after an auction preview at 4pm. A buffet dinner will be available for purchase, and live music will be provided by the Vision Seekers and blues/rock musician Levi Platero and his band, promising to keep guests entertained well into the evening. Looking for a way to spend the winter on the mountain? Mt. Spokane is hiring for the season and looking for new team members to bring on for their favorite time of year. A long list of positions are available including ski and snowboard instructors, bartenders, chairlift operators, guest services and more, with day, night, part-time and full-time positions available. This could be the season for you to turn your passion for the mountain into a career! Bring your resume and application to the Mt. CYT Spokane presents Elf the Musical

Debuting today at the Bing Crosby Theater, Spokane’s Christian Youth Theater will present their production of Elf the Musical. Based on the 2003 hit film starring Will Ferrel, the play features the familiar story with new songs written by Tony Award nominees Matthew Sklar (The Wedding Singer) and Chad Beguelin (Disney's Aladdin on Broadway). Winter Market at the Pavilion

Starting this coming Wednesday, Winter Markets are taking over the Pavilion at Riverfront Park! The second annual Winter Market kicks off November 10 from 3 to 7pm, and will continue weekly through December 22, offering plenty of opportunities to shop through the holidays. The event is free to attend and will host a variety of local vendors including artisans, farmers, crafters and more!
