IRONMAN Weekend in Coeur d’Alene

Ironman Coeur d’Alene returns this Sunday, and there are plenty of ways to show support for the men and women who have been working hard for its arrival!

The Ironman is considered one of the most difficult single-day events in the world. The long-distance triathlon consists of a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride and a 26.22-mile run.

Lake Coeur d’Alene Cruises start their Ironman Scenic Cruises Friday, running through Saturday. The 90-minute cruises will take guests across the lake in a comfortable, double-deck cruise boat stocked with sightseeing spots, full service bars and more.

A dollar from every cruise ticket will go toward the North Idaho Sports Commission, helping to support future Ironman events in Coeur d’Alene. Tickets are available online at CdACruises.com.

Those looking to cheer on Ironman participants on race day have plenty of opportunities across downtown Coeur d’Alene, including at the Buoy. In partnership with the North Idaho Sports Commission, Coeur d’Alene’s lakeside bar will host a watch party on Sunday starting at 11am, with live music throughout the day and refreshments for sale. With limited seating, they encourage an early arrival!

Event: Sunday, June 27
