Just Great Food and Drink!

By Jillian Chandler

Whether you choose to take a seat at The White House Grill, The Oval Office Bistro & Martini Bar or Pentagon Bistro & Martini Bar, you’re in for a delightful experience, sure to leave you planning your next visit before you’ve even finished your meal.

Chef Raci Erdem has been bringing the flavors of the Mediterranean to eager diners at The White House Grill in Post Falls, and guests continue to eat it up! Serving the Inland Northwest since 1996, The White House Grill offers a comfortable and relaxed family friendly environment, where patrons of all ages are invited to take a seat at this fun and noisy restaurant, where Mediterranean music fills the air—as does the aroma of garlic.

The menu features seafood, vegetables, pasta and lamb dishes, and is complemented by a full bar showcasing handcrafted cocktails, 12 beers on tap, an extensive wine list and a beautiful scotch list—hand selected by Chef Raci himself.

Open for lunch and dinner Sunday through Thursday 11am to 10pm, Friday and Saturday 11am to 11pm, Raci looks forward to guests coming into the restaurant, not just for the food and drink, but to enjoy the overall experience. “Our job is to put you in a great mood with some cool music, delicious food and awesome drinks, all for a great value,” he says.

With one successful restaurant under his belt, a decade later, Raci welcomed diners to take a seat at his second Post Falls restaurant—The Oval Office. This American bistro with a foreigner flare provides a different—yet still exceptional—experience from that offered at The White House. At this cozy, romantic small-seat eatery, patrons can appreciate world flavors with the small-plate and entrée offerings.

Guests will be treated to a full bar featuring great beer, wine and specialty cocktails. The martini lists features politically inspired specialty martinis, from The Border Patrol and Fake News to the New Yorker, and the U.S. Mint makes for the perfect post-dinner dessert cocktail. There’s something on the menu for anyone looking for a good martini—and a good time!

The community fireplace on the large outside patio can seat 12 around it, and the European-style awning allows patio dining year-round! This is the place to dine on a warm summer day or evening.

Known for its happiest of happy hours in the Northwest, offered twice daily, enjoy all martinis and appetizers offered at a fraction of the price! Open Monday through Friday 11am to 11pm and Saturday and Sunday 3 to 11pm, it's the perfect spot for late-night dining any day of the week.

Raci invites you to take a seat at his most recent endeavor—the Pentagon Bistro & Martini Bar in the heart of Liberty Lake. Opened in November 2019, the 120-seat restaurant is warm and inviting yet sophisticated, showcasing an open kitchen concept, a large bar and two cozy dining rooms. Open daily 11am to 11pm, guests will be treated to a delicious and diverse small-plate menu, as well as entrées featuring steak and seafood, and their specialty politically inspired martinis, just like its sister restaurant.

Whether you choose to dine at The White House, Oval Office or Pentagon, Raci and his staff can assure you that you’ve made the right choice.
