Each year, Toys for Tots provides hope to children in need, helping to put a smile on their faces during the holiday season. In 2019, Toys for Tots delivered 7,451 gifts to 1,555 children in need in the Coeur d'Alene area.
November 12 - December 5 from 9am until 4pm, Coeur d'Alene families can apply to receive toys through the program at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds in Building #19. Toys for Tots helps low-income families who are on public assistance as well as active duty military families, and families with a net income of less than 150% of the federal Poverty Guidelines. To register to receive toys, you must show proof of residency, government assistance and custody of the child in need who is 12 years or younger.
If you would like to contribute to Toys for Tots, there are many ways to get involved. You can fundraise, donate toys or money, or host your own Toys for Tots event. Every little bit goes to help put a smile on a child’s face.
