If you’re looking for a way to give back and contribute to local events, visit the Kootenai County Fairgrounds to join in a summer work party. Volunteers will split into groups to tackle various projects around the fairgrounds including cleaning, organizing, painting, landscaping and more. The day of service will commence with a midday barbecue celebration to thank volunteers with complimentary lunch and beverages. Volunteers can register as an individual, family, group or organization, and must pre-register before the event.
